* Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and stakeholder management.
* SQL/ANSI SQL, data validation, JIRA/Confluence, Agile, technical & functional documentation.Nice to have:- Banking/finance knowledge.
* Experience with Oracle/Oracle HCM, MS Dynamics 365, CRM/CLM, COBOL, ETL/Data Warehouse, SAP/Avaloq/Temenos.
* Power BI, parametrization/configuration, COBOL-to-Java migration.
* L2 support experience.Responsibilities:- Gather and document business/functional requirements and user stories.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
* Execute functional/regression testing, data validation, and defect management.
