/b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppAs a bSenior Account Manager – Financial Services Insurance /b at Magic Beans, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the FSI sector, ensuring long-term partnerships, high customer satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.
/ppbr/ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers within the bFinancial Services Insurance sector /b.
/liliActing as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear, regular, and proactive communication.
/liliUnderstanding clients' business needs, regulatory challenges, and strategic objectives within the bFSI industry /b, translating them into valuable Cloud solutions.
/liliDeveloping and executing strategic account plans to drive customer success and business growth.
/liliIdentifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
/liliEnsuring timely contract renewals and supporting account expansion.
/liliDriving revenue growth through effective account management and commercial strategy.
/liliCollaborating closely with internal technical, delivery, and support teams to ensure service excellence.
/liliMonitoring, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and account performance.
/liliEnsuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
/li /ulpbr/ppbValued Skills /b /pulliHigher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant areas.
/liliAt least 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative / Account Manager in the technology market.
/lilibPrevious experience working with clients in the Financial Services and/or Insurance sector (highly valued).
/b /liliStrong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies.
/liliUnderstanding of industry-specific challenges such as compliance, security, and regulatory environments (e.g. banking, insurance).
/liliExcellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
/liliSolid understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
/liliStrong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
/liliRelationship management skills and openness to feedback.
/liliHighly self-motivated, passionate, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
/li /ulpbr/ppbLanguage Skills /b /pulliFluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
/liliKnowledge of Spanish, French and/or Dutch is valued.
