Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.
Role:
* Clarifying for customers
* Gathering information about customers
* Ensuring quality service
* Analysing processes and identifying improvements for optimisation
* Suggest new improvement strategies
* Managing customer databases
Hard Skills:
* Fluency in English
* MS Office
About you:
* Completed 12th year
* Customer service skills, organisation and results orientation
* Teamwork and communication skills
* Experience in reviewing and structuring content (FAQs, templates, standard responses)
* Sensitivity to quality and clarity of communication with customers
* Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement
* Ability to identify inconsistencies, information gaps, and opportunities for optimization
* Experience analyzing interactions/conversations to extract actionable insights
* Experience with support tools, knowledge bases, or chatbots/AI (valued)
* Autonomy, organization, and good communication with product, tech, and support teams
