Role:
- Clarifying for customers
- Gathering information about customers
- Ensuring quality service
- Analysing processes and identifying improvements for optimisation
- Suggest new improvement strategies
- Managing customer databases
Hard Skills:
- Fluency in English
- MS Office
About you:
- Completed 12th year
- Customer service skills, organisation and results orientation
- Teamwork and communication skills
