We are looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our iCS Solutions Team and to be responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of IT Solutions according to our company's digitalization roadmap.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of SAP, K2 Workflow and/or PowerBI solutions;
- Proactively identify and implement digitalization opportunities;
- Perform detailedanalysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions;
- Identify,interpret and validate customer requirements;
- Facilitateworkshops to collect business requirements;
- Map business requirements, processes and objectives;
- Develop necessary solutions to satisfy clients' needs;
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results;
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
We are looking for:
- Experience with SAP, Power BI and K2 will be highly valued;
- Experienceor familiarity with programming languages will be considered an advantage;
- Experiencewith workflow design or automation is a plus;
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related studies;
- Fluent inEnglish;
- Willingness to learn and proactive attitude towards learning;
- Ability toeffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Ability tomultitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time;
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability towork in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
