The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Telecommunications Engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of Ground Segment Software development from a system perspective. This role requires a professional with exceptional analytical skills and extensive experience in managing complex projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Technical Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.Lead and manage the development of Ground Segment Software, ensuring the integration and functionality of various system components.Lead proposals related to SATCOM domainAnalyze project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technical processes.Conduct regular technical reviews and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, implementing relevant updates to enhance system performance.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.What do we need in our team?Bachelor's or Master\u2019s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective.Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectively.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.High level of EnglishSATCOM technologies: DTP, BFN, OBPNetwork 5 G, LEO constellations, routing algorithmsLink budgets, basic electronic and RF knowledgeKnowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and other modern software development frameworks and practices.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.Basic Level of French.What do we offer?Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays.Personalized career plan development, training and language learning support.National and international mobility.
