The Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll manage complex financial processes across multiple entities and currencies. You'll play a key part in month-end management, compliance with IFRS and GAAP, VAT and tax reporting, and process improvement projects.
What You'll Do:
* Own the month-end closing process for multiple entities
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP standards
* Manage multi-currency transactions and FX accounting
* Support VAT and corporate tax compliance across regions
* Assist with audits, reporting, and budget variance analysis
* Drive process improvements and implement new financial controls
* Contribute to projects like KPI dashboards and expense system rollouts
What We're Looking For:
* 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience (multi-entity, multi-currency)
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Fluent in English
* Experience with Xero or similar ERP systems
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills
