* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs and motivations;
* Translate insights into strategic opportunities, design recommendations and value propositions;
* Structure information and interactions in a clear, intuitive and scalable way;
* Define user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and support the development of design systems;
* Participate in or lead workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams;
* Contribute to the definition of experience roadmaps and product strategies;
* Prepare usability tests and conduct continuous iteration processes;
* Present and defend design decisions based on evidence, rationale and best practices;
* Integrate AI practices and tools into the design process, enhancing efficiency and impact;
* Support client relationships, ensuring alignment, clarity and strategic value in every interaction.
What You'll BringTechnical Skills
* Strong understanding of UX and UI fundamentals (information architecture, heuristics, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems);
* Experience in prototyping, user testing and continuous iteration;
* Ability to transform insights into strategic solutions;
* Ability to facilitate and lead workshops;
* Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Maze, or similar tools;
* Curiosity and openness to integrating AI into design workflows;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
