The Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable platform solutions with a strong focus on AI/ML integration. You will architect and build AI-powered products and services—from LLM-driven workflows and automation to scalable APIs and backend systems—while providing technical leadership across architecture, engineering quality, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about taking AI from experimentation to production at scale

Responsibilities

AI & Platform Engineer

• Integrate LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) into production workflows
• Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation tools
• Design scalable, secure AI architectures with strong observability and guardrails
• Develop ML pipelines and vector search solutions (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

Backend & Architecture

• Build scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
• Design systems using microservices, distributed architecture, and event-driven patterns
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

Cloud & Delivery

• Deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS (GCP/Azure beneficial)
• Build CI/CD pipelines and improve reliability, security, and observability
• Work with containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and infrastructure-as-code

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering across backend/frontend
• Strong Node.js, TypeScript, and API design experience
• Production experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI agents
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search
• Strong Python for AI/ML workflowa
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
• Strong architecture and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

• Streaming/media industry experience
• Knowledge of HLS, DASH, or WebRTC
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
