The classification is issued after careful analysis of data found in several Airbus databases (e.G.
drawings, maintenance manuals, standards).The Nomenclature Analyst will have a strong engineering/technical knowledge relating to Airbus aerospace systems of all divisions, allowing support to non-technical stakeholders in the supply chain.Manage data needed to perform customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance in front of customs authorities and securing a smooth flow of goods.The Nomenclature Analyst will work with the Financial Systems customs representative, to reach end-to-end digital management of classification data, as well as through activities with all departments involved in other data needed for customs declarations, such as Procurement, Transport-Logistic, Manufacturing, Programs, Finances, etc.Integrated into a transverse team, able to support requests of customs classification and other customs data, from all Airbus divisions, through an internal multinational network of customs experts.Responsible for reviewing data quality and will, with the support of the customs teams, propose any applicable updates to the customs Directive A1087 & all associated quality documents and will support the formalization of the ERM processCompetences:A recognized Bachelor or Master degree related to Engineering, ideally aerospace/aeronautical/mechanical, Data Science, Business management or Law/TradeExperience in aircraft maintenance/planning would be an assetWillingness to learn about customs, more specifically about classification rulesEnglish is mandatory and an additional language would be an assetAt least 3-5 years experienceExperience of analysis and evaluation of national and inter-company cross-border business relationships
