Join our Solutions Team — Ensure excellence in AI implementation About the role You'll lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live — running meetings, presenting solutions, and making sure AI agents get deployed successfully. This is a client-facing role first. You need to be a confident, clear communicator who can hold a room, build trust with stakeholders, and keep projects moving. You also need enough technical understanding to navigate conversations about APIs, integrations, and platform configurations without getting stuck. You're not an engineer — but you're comfortable in technical territory and can bridge the gap between clients and our technical team. This is a commercial role as much as a delivery one. Every account you own is a growth account, with a 12-month doubling trajectory on portfolio value. What you'll do Lead client meetings confidently. You're the face of Implement AI during implementations — running calls, presenting solutions, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Own client onboarding end-to-end, from sales handoff through to go-live. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients. Write a clear one-page spec for every agent before engineering builds it: what it does, what it doesn't do, inputs, outputs, test cases. This stops engineers inventing business logic and stops client expectations drifting. Personally test every agent against its acceptance criteria before it reaches the client. Demos run from recorded successful examples, never live attempts. Troubleshoot integration issues — identifying what's wrong and either resolving or routing appropriately. Work with clients on API connections, CRM permissions, and platform configurations. Run the monthly account review for every client in your portfolio: usage, attributed value, and one or two concrete expansion proposals. Own the four growth obligations on every account: referral, case study, expanded usage, plan ascension. Track agent versions in production and reference them by version (e.g., "Triage 1.2 live, 1.3 in test") in all client communication. Document common issues and improve our implementation processes. Collaborate with the technical team when deeper expertise is needed. What we're looking for Essential Based in Lisbon and willing to work from Lisbon office regularly Highly organised and proactive. You track multiple projects, spot blockers early, and follow up without being chased. Technical understanding. You grasp APIs, webhooks, integrations, and web applications. You can read documentation, understand technical requirements, and explain them in plain language. Confident communicator. You can lead a client meeting, present clearly, and hold the room. You're articulate, composed, and clients trust you. Problem-solver. You're energised by unblocking things and finding solutions. Fluent English. Both written and verbal. AI-curious operator. You already use AI or agent-style tools daily and have built personal agents to remove your own repetitive work. Our internal benchmark: 60% of repetitive work automated within 90 days. Nice to have Experience in customer success, technical support, or solutions roles. Familiarity with no-code tools or CRM platforms. Background in SaaS, tech, or a technical-adjacent field will be an added advantage. Experience writing product specs or requirements docs for engineering teams. Experience leading commercial conversations (renewals, upgrades, scope) with SMB or mid-market customers.
