We're looking for a Delivery Project Manager
Who We're Looking For:
A highly driven and experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead end-to-end smartsourcing initiatives, from project framing to the successful setup of new teams.
Professional Experience & Main Tasks
* Establish strong project structure and governance frameworks
* Manage and engage key stakeholders, including senior management
* Lead project execution and ensure alignment across global teams
* Identify and escalate risks and cross-functional issues
* Coordinate and guide project teams on a daily basis
* Deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
• Master's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong ability to communicate and present to senior management
• Proven facilitation and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
