Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mortágua, Vale de Remígio, Cortegaça e Almaça. The role involves daily tasks related to viticulture, equipment maintenance, repair of farming tools, and vineyard operations. Responsibilities will include planting, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining the health of the vineyard, as well as ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting of agricultural equipment to optimize operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
Experience in Maintenance & Repair processes and addressing operational issues
Proficiency in general Maintenance and Troubleshooting of farming machinery and tools
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
Prior experience or knowledge in viticulture and agricultural operations is highly advantageous
Strong teamwork abilities and attention to detail
