Senior Cost Accountant - Industrial (M/F)
We are recruiting an Industrial Cost & Fixed Assets Accountant to join our Client. This role will ensure the financial reliability of industrial costs, inventory valuation, and CAPEX monitoring across the group, with both national and international scope.

Description
* Ensure accurate closing of financials for all group companies
* Manage inventory processes, including valuation, physical counts, and SAP reconciliation
* Maintain and optimize cost and profit structures, providing insights for strategic decision-making
* Prepare and support cost analysis and reporting for industrial operations and inventory
* Monitor CAPEX and fixed assets from a financial perspective, ensuring accurate reporting
* Ensure accurate and timely posting of intercompany material transactions
* Oversee internal and external audit processes related to inventory and assets
* Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures related to inventory, costing, and fixed assets
* Perform detailed financial reviews and support ad hoc analysis and projects across business units
* Support and monitor financial operations in international entities, particularly in Africa
Profile
* - Background & Experience: Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles
* Solid knowledge of cost accounting and fixed assets
* Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly valued
* - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles
* Proficient in SAP (particularly in inventory and fixed assets modules)
* Proven experience in Industrial costing and inventory valuation, preferably in manufacturing environments
* Advanced MS Excel and solid overall IT skills
* Fluency in English (advanced/fluent); French is a plus
* - Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
* High level of autonomy, organisation, and reliability
* Ability to interact with multiple departments and support international teams
* Proactive approach and readiness to contribute to process improvement and cross-functional projects
