Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a
Reporting and Analytics Solutions Specialist
, you will be responsible for building reports, automating the extraction and analysis of financial data, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
* Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions and curated datasets for standardized and ad‑hoc needs (management and regulatory)
* Build and operate automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from SAP (S/4HANA, BW, CDS), databases, and files
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, balance competing priorities, and manage delivery timelines
* Build dashboards and visualizations that make insights clear and actionable for stakeholders
* Ability to interpret complex financial data and balancing the need for detailed analysis with the need for high-level insights and recommendations.
* Profile and reconcile data, investigate anomalies, and identify drivers of performance using Python/SQL
* Continuously improve reporting processes for speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
* A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent field
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience building reporting/analytics solutions or programming in a corporate environment
* Strong BI/reporting and data visualization skills
* Proficiency in SQL and Python; advanced Excel including VBA
* Experience with SAP data sources (S/4HANA, BW, CDS) and tools such as Tableau, KNIME, and Analysis for Office
* Understanding Finance processes (accounting, controlling and Treasury) would be an advantage
* Fluency in English
