Supported by 400,000 dedicated colleagues in 64 countries, we keep expanding and innovating.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into SBS.Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.Facilitate training sessions and workshops using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and align initiatives with business objectives.Develop a training catalogue that aligns with the development of essential skills for job performance.Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending information to all trainees.Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities and use data for continuous improvement and reporting.Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring training content is up‐to‐date and accessible.Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.QualificationsAbility to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and training priorities.Experience using LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) for course management and tracking learning progress.Ability to analyze and interpret training data to report on learning outcomes, completion rates, and ROI of training initiatives.Strong public speaking and facilitation skills to engage learners effectively in both in‐person and virtual environments.Ability to build rapport, engage with participants, and encourage an inclusive learning atmosphere.Active listening to understand learner needs and solicit feedback for continuous improvement of training programs.Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that training projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.Experience working with HR, management, and department heads to align training with business objectives.Identifying areas of improvement in training programs and implementing changes based on feedback and analysis.Knowledge of broader talent development and career pathing to create training that supports employee growth and retention.Experience working with HR, department leaders, and employees to ensure the training aligns with organizational needs.BenefitsHybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Health & Life Insurance.Meal allowance paid in Meal Card.Additional Days off: extra vacation day, employee's birthday, volunteering day.Opportunity to grow professionally inside the Company.Possibility to participate in multicultural projects.Several internal activities aiming to promote our team's wellbeing.Diversity & Inclusion Statement Sodexo is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
