Manage campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met in coordination with internal stakeholders. Configure, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Define audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency. Ensure all campaigns comply with brand, editorial, and regulatory standards. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, including ROI analysis. Identify market trends and best practices to continuously improve results. Work closely with CRM and analytics tools to support decision-making processes. Provide guidance and support to internal teams using campaign management platforms.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Previous experience (1–3 years) in planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and forecasting. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus. Fluent French and English (minimum C1 level). Strong project management and communication skills.
