We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a driven, entrepreneurial
Global Sales & Business Development Manager
to lead growth across international markets for our full suite of offerings:
Leverage Shares Exchange-Traded Products
Crypto ETPs
and asset investment strategies
Income Shares
(high-yield monthly income ETPs)
White Label solutions
for issuers and asset managers
This is a unique opportunity to shape Leverage Shares' global expansion by engaging with brokers, advisors, platforms, institutions, and retail investors across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global strategy to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) across Leverage Shares' product range, including focused products.
Identify, engage, and onboard brokers, financial advisors, platforms, and institutional investors worldwide.
Build and maintain strong international relationships with key market participants and distribution partners.
Drive product adoption through education, targeted outreach, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Represent the company at international client meetings, industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to create localized content and campaigns tailored to regional investors.
Host global webinars, podcasts, and events to engage both retail and professional audiences.
Partner with influencers, digital media platforms, and industry networks to increase global brand visibility.
Support the growth of our White Label business by identifying and nurturing potential issuer partnerships across markets.
Monitor global competitor activity, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments across traditional and crypto markets.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product positioning and communication strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in financial sales, business development, or investment product distribution.
Strong understanding of ETFs, ETPs, structured products, and/or crypto investment products.
Existing relationships with financial advisors, brokers, platforms, or institutional investors (strong plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with clients, media, and influencers globally.
Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global team.
