This is a hybrid opportunity available in Lisbon, Oeiras.
You will be involved in:
* Leading a team of B2B event producers and coordinators, overseeing both internal and industry events.
* Acting as the primary liaison across integrated marketing, project management, product marketing, audience marketing, and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive event strategy.
* Developing and implementing frameworks and processes for cross-functional event planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
* Delivering innovative, best-in-class events that enhance our partner brand presence and meet demand generation goals.
* Maintaining internal documentation and communication to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Main Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Expertise in global event strategy, execution, and marketing.
* Ability to manage complex projects in a matrixed organization.
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance insights and continuous improvement.
* Detail-oriented with a creative approach to event planning and execution.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Familiarity with event technology solutions and virtual event platforms.
* Understanding of demand generation and audience engagement strategies.
Language Skills:
* English: B2 (Ideally)
