Role Overview: As an E-Commerce Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content — including text, images, and videos — to ensure it aligns with company policies, community standards, and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Content Review: Assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements Fair Moderation: Apply policies consistently while making objective and unbiased decisions Community Safety: Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and secure online environment Policy Compliance: Follow established moderation procedures and stay up to date with policy changes Escalation Handling: Recognize complex or sensitive cases and escalate them appropriately Ongoing Learning: Keep current with policy updates, platform developments, and best practices to ensure high-quality moderation Requirements: Language Skills: Proficiency in Greek (C1/C2) and English (B2) .
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card .
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
