Job Description
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for collaborating with team members to implement training and learning processes. You will also participate in planning and monitoring training programs for Brisa employees, assist in negotiating processes with external training companies, and lead talent acquisition programs/projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to implement training and learning processes.
* Plan and monitor training programs for Brisa employees and assist in negotiation processes with external training companies.
* Participate and lead talent acquisition programs/projects.
* Team up with experienced HR Business Partners to deliver HR-related projects.
* Provide support for activities related to corporate social responsibility.
* Support the full performance management cycle using best practices and technology.

Requirements
* Solid academic background in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar field.
* Previous contact with Organizational HR Management practices (desired).

* Fluency in English.
