E-Commerce Manager Job Description
United Hospitality Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and sales support, with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop a Comprehensive E-Commerce Strategy: Drive online sales for Serenity, an award-winning spa brand, by creating and executing a strategic plan aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
* Manage the Website: Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional by overseeing web development, design, and content updates.
* Optimize Customer Experience: Curate and organize product listings, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
* Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website through email marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
* Increase Online Sales: Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO), improve conversion rates, and implement upselling or cross-selling techniques.
* Manage Relationships: Collaborate with third-party suppliers, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration.
* Monitor Performance Indicators: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost to inform data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality, or luxury retail sector.
* Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

* Advanced skills on Excel and PowerPoint (preferential); Teamwork player;
