We're looking for a hands-on Business Analyst/QA to drive impactful projects within a Portfolio Management System environment. Your Mission: You'll sit at the heart of the Front Office domain, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver high-quality solutions. Main Responsibilities: - Gather, challenge, and refine business needs from banking stakeholders - Translate requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, and use cases - Lead workshops and collaborate with international teams - Support development teams by clarifying functional topics and validating solutions - Execute and contribute to test strategies (functional, regression, etc.) - Ensure smooth deployments and post-go-live validations - Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems Profile: - Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking IT environments - Solid knowledge of wealth management, securities, and Forex - Proven track record across the full project lifecycle - Expertise in writing specifications, testing, and process modelling - Hands-on with tools like SQL, Jira, Confluence - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments - Proficiency in English (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week) Are you the one?!
