With new openings planned for 2026, the 5Y Group continues to grow by investing in experienced, responsible, and passionate professionals in oriental cuisine.
We are currently recruiting a Head Chef (Full-time) with experience in Wok cuisine to join one of our restaurants, in Braga.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes using Asian cuisine and wok cooking techniques;
* Ensure the correct execution of recipes and the group’s quality standards;
* Support the kitchen team with mise en place and service organization;
* Ensure proper control and storage of food products;
* Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Requirements
* Proven experience in Asian cuisine and wok cooking (mandatory);
* Knowledge of stir-frying techniques and fast-paced cooking preparation;
* Teamwork skills, agility, and attention to detail;
* Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and reliability;
* Immediate availability and flexible schedule.
