Description: Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and manage IT budgets (operational and capital); Identify savings, negotiate with vendors, and improve efficiency; Track financial performance, ensuring budgets and timelines are met; Deliver clear financial reports and insights to leadership; Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and regulations (SOX, GDPR, etc.); Collaborate onvendor contracts and financial terms; Prepare and coordinate IT financial audits.
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or similar; 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in IT finance or technology-driven environments; Demonstrated expertise in IT project financials, cost modeling, and technology asset management; Experience with financial systems (ERP), business intelligence and reporting tools, and relevant IT management platforms; Strong commandof financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting; Ability to interpret IT terminology, infrastructure, and project life cycles; Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS cost structures, and digital transformation financial impacts; Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau); Organizationaland communication skills.
