We are looking for a Release Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM to join this global organization.ObjectivesEnsure seamless, high-quality, and business-aligned software releases through effective planning, risk management, collaboration, and communication.ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing release calendars and schedules.Aligning releases with project roadmaps and business goals.Identifying risks in release processes and developing mitigation strategies.Planning rollback procedures for failed releases.Collaborating with development, testing, operations, and business teams.Reporting release progress and status to stakeholders.Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.Making informed decisions on release readiness and timing.Balancing speed of delivery with quality assurance.Produce outstanding technical articles for documentation purposes.QualificationsStrong technical background, with proven track record in the following skills on Azure Cloud tech stack.Knowledge of Azure App Services, functions and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates and Azure DevOps.Project setup optimization, proficient in pipelines, boards, and release management.Familiarity with deployment, updates, and integration of D365 applications.Power Platform: Understanding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI deployment processes.Excellent communication skills that allow you to be able to lead topics across multiple stakeholders and oversee and coordinate various aspects of software delivery.Additional Information:Must have Skills : Dynamics 365 CRM, Release ManagementBe based in Lisbon, Portugal.What our client is offeringAccess to private medical services.Sports benefits.Wellbeing workshops and participation in sports events.Referral bonus through our BYOB program (Bring Your Own Buddy).
