We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team, with responsibilities across invoicing, credit control, administrative support, and customer service .
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and credit control
* Customer service and regular contact with clients
* Preparation of administrative and operational reports (non-financial)
* Purchasing office supplies and receiving deliveries
* Filing and document management
* Compliance with the Management System
* Actively contributing to continuous improvement of the Management System
Required Qualifications & Profile:
* High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (invoicing and credit control)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* English proficiency (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
