As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Offer solutions to customers that need assistance with financial and credit card servicesProvide customer service through phone communicationEnrich customer experience by listening attentively to their needs and concerns, aiming for first call resolution when possibleBuild meaningful relationships, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional mannerMeet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targetsTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
