We are looking for a Junior Buyer.
Main Tasks:
Support internal clients with purchasing requests, ensuring satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and processing time.
Prepare IT application contracts and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and framework agreements.
Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including the end-to-end e-signature process.
Apply category sourcing strategies and contribute to the achievement of savings targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to IT services.
Main Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to read, negotiate, and manage contracts
Familiarity with procurement software is an asset
Strong knowledge of IT regulations and requirements related to IT contracts
Fluency in English and French (minimum B2+ level) is mandatory
Hybrid Role in Lisbon (First months on-site)
