Junior Financial Analyst
.
Main Tasks:
Produce and validate official economic P&L figures
Prepare and analyze detailed P&L explanations (market movements, new deals, etc.)
Investigate discrepancies between official P&L and Front Office predictions when available
Perform in-depth review of P&L explanations
Identify and correct misallocations when no technical fix is available
Review risk-based market P&L
Compare risk-based P&L against P&L Explain and analyze differences
Ensure all gaps are understood and properly documented
Review the split of economic P&L into liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters
Produce hedge accounting controls for Finance and Front Office where applicable
Submit finalized P&L to the Front Office for sign-off
Challenge existing processes and identify areas for improvement
Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Maintain high levels of ethics and professionalism
Build and maintain strong internal relationships based on trust and respect
Main Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar;
Maximum 3 years of experience;
Knowledge of financial markets;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Experience with systems and tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Python, SQL);
Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
