We are looking for a
Customer Support L2
professional to join a longterm project within the
life sciences, healthcare technology, and laboratory automation sector
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in structured environments, supporting business users, and improving operational processes.
Youll be part of an international IT support landscape that underpins critical scientific and healthcarerelated activities, contributing to service stability, documentation quality, and smooth coordination with business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Working and handling L1/L2 support tickets through tools.
Coordination with business on issue resolutions
Good communication and documentation experience.
Required Skills & Experience
At leat 4 years of experience handling L1/L2 support tickets.
Strong skills in documentation and process standardization.
Experience with JSM (Jira Service Management) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good to Have
Previous experience supporting or coordinating
infrastructurerelated projects
