Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Lead to oversee the delivery of health, safety, and environment services for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, conducting audits and investigations, and developing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure compliance of all HSE activities performed by Direct Service Providers;
* Conduct and support HSE audits, investigations, and special projects as required;
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, processes, and management systems;
* Coordinate with Direct Service Provider and client teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions;
* Provide HSE expertise, advice, and coaching to senior management and operational teams;
* Deliver training sessions and promote a strong health and safety culture across all operations;
* Ensure timely reporting, effective communication, and alignment with corporate HSE requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of HSE leadership experience, preferably within facilities management or industrial/pharmaceutical environments;
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, auditing practices, and risk management systems;
* Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across complex, multi-country teams;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English;
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;
* Proactive, organised, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
