- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Salesforce, Field Service, or related technology domains - Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions in production environments - Strong experience leading technical teams and Agile delivery squads - Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development, and platform capabilities - Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Strong understanding of solution architecture, integrations, and enterprise systems - Experience defining technical standards, governance models, and best practices - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience with Salesforce Agentforce - Experience building AI-powered agents and intelligent automation solution - Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures and data platform - Experience working in large-scale digital transformation program - Salesforce certifications are highly value | | | () | | | & | - Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce Field Service solutions from design to production - Define solution architecture, technical standards, and delivery governance - Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions - Lead squad execution, prioritization, and quality assurance - Collaborate with Business Owners and AI Factory teams to maximize business value - Mentor and support developers in the adoption of Agentforce and AI-powered capabilities - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration, and data standards - Drive technical excellence across the full delivery lifecycle, from architecture to go-live.
