ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring fixed-price and short-term projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You'll build strong client relationships, launch and guide high-performing teams, and establish efficient workflows that drive autonomy and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape project processes, mentor team members, and make a tangible impact on client success and organizational growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Overall
* Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure;
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;
* Set up processes to ensure successful delivery;
* Successfully lead and lend expertise to motivate the development team;
* Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;
* Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team;
Project Management
* Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects;
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
* Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes;
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;
* Monitor client satisfaction with services and team;
* Manage expectations and escalations;
* Implement Technical Excellence and Best Practices;
* Implement Process Excellence (Disciplined Agile) and Best Practices;
* Remove process bottlenecks and resolve issues;
Client Ownership
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;
* Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients;
* Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively;
