At Lindt Iberia we are looking for aKey Account Assistantto join our Sales team in Portugal.As Key Account Assistant you will give support to the Accounts in terms of reporting, analysis and follow up of actions.As a part of your main responsibilities will be:- Support the Key Account Managers managing the day-to-day business for top accounts.
- Be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of selected accounts, including analysis and follow up of actions, under the guidance of the National Account Manager.
- Responsible for organizing, analysing and produce local reports & presentations with data from available sources (i.E., follow up price & promo; sell out & coverage; product distribution).
- Direct support to the National Account Manager in special projects, helping to develop a macro view and knowledge of the business in Portugal.
- Online Champion (Work the Click2Mortar in our customers)- Work with an International Cross-Functional Team from different departments (Sales, Marketing, Shopper, Finance) on a daily basisRequirementsExperience & tools- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or other commercial departments (Trade & Marketing)- Proficiency in office tools, specially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Degree (Bsc, Msc or similar) in Business Area.
Management, Economics preferred.Skills- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit.
