We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist for a Maternity Cover in Lisbon area to work remotely. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors;
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures;
- Manage purchaseorders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement;
- Support during the all P2P process;
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and develop sourcing strategies;
- Identify and evaluatepotential vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery time;
