The company is currently scaling rapidly, backed by international investors, and operating with distributed teams across Europe, the US and Asia.
You will play a central role in the evolution of a highly technical product used by engineering teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
Develop backend features inGo, ensuring high performance, maintainability and clean architecture.
Evolve and optimize the existing cloud-native platform built onKubernetes.
Design and implement distributed services, APIs and components for large-scale test orchestration.
Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to ensure strong alignment between technical decisions and user needs.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the product, proposing scalable, reliable and customer-driven solutions.
Maintain high standards in documentation, testing, observability and version control.
Requirements
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Go.
Deep,hands-on experience with Kubernetes(development + operational).
Solid understanding ofcloud-native architectures, distributed systems and microservices.
DevOps knowledge: CI/CD, networking, infrastructure, security, cloud environments (GCP preferred).
Database experience withMongoDBandPostgreSQL.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in small, highly technical teams.
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure, resource-limited contexts.
Experience supporting customers or enterprise users.
A strongproduct mindset, not just technical execution — able to understand real user needs and translate them into engineering decisions.
Fluent English (this is the primary working language across teams)
Nice to have
Experience with performance testing or functional testing tools.
Background in open-source environments or developer-focused products.
Experience working with distributed remote teams.
