Plan, implement, and operate tools for
monitoring the global IT infrastructure

Support email and web proxy systems, with particular emphasis on
content security

Collaborate closely with other teams and contribute to
cross-functional IT projects

Deliver
second-level support
and act as a central point of contact for inquiries related to assigned services.
Drive ongoing optimization and expansion of the IT services portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Technology
, or equivalent technical training.
Solid knowledge of
Debian Linux server systems
(or similar distributions).
Experience with
monitoring tools
and
Ansible Playbooks
is an advantage.
Ideally, initial hands-on experience in
planning and operating core network services
(DNS/DHCP, etc.).
Strong
service orientation
, proactive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Good command of English (mandatory)
