Overview
We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and autonomous Product Manager to manage our product relationships and development across multiple clients in a remote setting.
The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and define the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and market demands, and guiding product direction through research and feedback.
Work closely with Project Management, Sales, Design, and Development teams to bring products to life and maintain clear product vision.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including market analysis, positioning, and post-launch evaluation.
Handle negotiations regarding product scope, terms with clients, and adjustments based on market feedback and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Technical background or experience in digital product design and development.
Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Clear and effective communication skills; proficiency in English, written and spoken.
Passion for the IT industry and product development, with a solid understanding of web application technologies.
Experience in commercial matters, including estimation processes, budget management, and identifying business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile environments and methodologies.
Facilitator experience between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Ability to negotiate scope and timeline with stakeholders.
Flexibility to identify potential opportunities and product gaps.
