Job Title: Software Sales Expert Opportunity
As a Software Sales Expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities by staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A native level of French and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
* Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
* A proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients.
* Strong attention to details and follow-up skills.
* A drive for excellence and professionalism.
