What The Job Looks Like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Order Management & Customer Service
Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
Handle customer complaints, providing clear and proactive communication regarding order status, delays, or exceptions;
Manage billing processes, ensuring proper and timely invoice;
Execute returns and credit processes, coordinating with the logistics operator, ensuring correct stock handling in alignment with company policies;
Act as the primary point of contact for all order-related issues and resolutions.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate daily activities with the logistics operator, including order preparation, shipment scheduling, and returns processing;
Manage incidents related to deliveries, discrepancies, damages, or missing items, ensuring quick resolution and proper documentation;
Monitor logistics KPIs and escalate anomalies when necessary;
Coordinate and supervise reception and storage processes with the logistics provider to ensure proper inbound operations;
Manage obsolete or damaged stock processes according to company guidelines.
What You'll Bring To The Table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
Previousexperience in related activities, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector;
Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus;
Expertise with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus;
Fluent Portuguese and English;
Strong time organization skills, attention to details and ability to work effectively under pressure;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement;
Focus onproblem-solving and capacity to manage unexpected situations with autonomy;
Team-orientedwith the ability to collaborate across different departments.
