Lead data migrations from legacy systems
Integrate with third-party platforms
Strong Apex, LWC & automotive CRM experience preferred
Role 2: Salesforce Business Analyst – Service Cloud
Bridge business needs & technical delivery
Gather and translate requirements
Align Service Cloud with customer service goals
Automotive domain knowledge is a plus
