About The Role
ResSource is expanding, and we are looking for talented professionals who want to grow with us. We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to assist our client's reservations department.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and pragmatic, with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments. A background in the travel industry is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable embracing innovative approaches. Familiarity with distribution channels and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our client's reservation system is essential.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
* Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
* A pragmatic problem-solver, capable of making sound decisions efficiently.
* Passion for reservations and customer service.
* Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Experience working with tour operators, travel agencies, or hotels is preferred.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both via telephone and email.
* A degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism is preferred.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory.
* Ability to quickly learn multiple software systems and accurately input information.
* Able to work remotely, demonstrating autonomy and responsibility.
