We are looking for a IT PM - HR & Payroll Implementation for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business
Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years of total experience with at least 6-10 years in program or
project management leadership roles.
Certifications: PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana,
Smartsheet, etc.)
o Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
o Strong understanding of SDLC, product development, or digital
transformation (depending on industry).
Soft Skills:
o Mandatory - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
o Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
o Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
Employment type:- B2B Contract.
It would be hybrid working in Lisbon, Portugal.
