Operational Excellence Manager
The role of Operational Excellence Manager involves leading the delivery of high-quality services to clients across various regions. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing thought leadership on service delivery, and acting as a subject matter expert for total IFM service delivery.
The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of business targets and priorities, ensuring contractual and service compliance. This will involve liaising with in-country and regional management teams, as well as operational teams, to ensure seamless execution.
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IFM, procurement, or commercial real estate, with a proven track record of developing successful operational strategies and commercially viable solutions. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence without direct line management control.
* Key Responsibilities:
