We are looking for aSenior Scrum Masterto support agile delivery in an Automotive Tech environment.Work setup:Hybrid (2/3 times per month in the office)Responsibilities: Establish agile ways of working and guide teams with limited Scrum maturity Facilitate and adapt agile ceremonies to fit project-based and domain-oriented team structures Coach team members and leads on agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment across business, IT, and Tech stakeholders Identify and remove impediments, including communication gaps and organizational blockers between teams Create visibility on delivery progress, risks, and team performance through agile metrics and dashboards Promote transparency, trust, and alignment across distributed teams Drive agile maturity and foster a culture of learning, reflection, and pragmatic changeMust-have requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and flexible application of agile frameworks in hybrid or non-product environments Proven experience supporting mixed or distributed teams in agile adoption Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and cross-team coordination skills Experience aligning priorities between business stakeholders, IT, and Tech teams Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting Solid understanding of agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and WIP Fluency in EnglishIf you're interested, apply directly or send your CV with your daily rate and availability for a call to
