Overview
Our Portuguese team specializes in Salesforce implementations and financial services operations, actively participating in communities such as Salesforce (Customer & Growth), Data & Analytics & AI, and Banking & Capital Markets. We seek a passionate Salesforce consultant with experience in complex problem solving on the platform, including core clouds, Experience Cloud, and CPQ, mainly for projects in the Western European market.
Primary Functions and Tasks
1. Gather business requirements, guide adherence to platform best practices, and translate these into technical specifications.
2. Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point-and-click tools.
3. Design and create integration logic.
4. Mentor junior team members.
5. Continuously develop expertise on Salesforce Platform.
6. Analyze, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges related to Salesforce.
7. Work within an Agile/Hybrid environment.
Qualifications
- Technical university degree (minimum Bc.).
- Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC (JavaScript ES6), HTML, and basic CSS.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience or willingness to learn VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the EU.
