Drive IAV's Business Forward

We're looking for a key account manager to develop our business with the VW Group and strengthen our bond with this important customer.

In this role, you will grow your network with decision-makers at customer level, bringing them closer to IAV and our offering. Your success is crucial to ensuring IAV's high competitiveness and providing technology-driven employees with a perspective.


Your Responsibilities:

* You'll be responsible for the account strategy of several European clients.
* You'll establish contacts across multiple levels and areas of the client.
* You'll lead interdisciplinary bid teams to win large projects.
* You'll determine competitive bid prices and negotiate large bids (target pricing).
* You'll define measures to grow sales and increase competitiveness.
* You'll work closely with the VW Group sales team and utilize overarching synergies from cooperation with other key and account managers within the brand and the Group.
* You'll work with IAV's technological areas to develop USPs and analyze and realize new business opportunities from AI to cylinder deactivation.


Requirements:

* A completed degree in natural sciences, engineering, or economics, preferably with a doctorate.
* Several years of experience in acquiring development services.
* Knowledge of the processes and corporate culture of the VW Group.
* Good contacts in the brands of the VW Group.
* Curiosity, enjoyment of relationship management, and change.
