ServiceNow Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support ServiceNow implementation projects on a fully remote basis. This role requires hands-on experience bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet organizational needs.
* Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
* Configure and adapt existing ServiceNow modules.
* C oordinate integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
* Prepare documentation and training materials.
* Support governance, audit, and compliance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A valid ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, workflows, and configuration options.
* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or Security Operations modules.
* Familiarity with integrations (APIs, data exchange) and basic scripting.
* Solid understanding of IT service management and cybersecurity concepts.
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
