We are seeking a skilled Business Process Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in the capability and quality of business tools and services, analyzing data to support business decision making, and defining business solutions and processes with the support of IT services that provide benefits to the business.
* Create, maintain, and publish regular metrics and reports to track business performance.
* Support internal stakeholders with their business process needs by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
* Attend cross-functional team meetings to stay up-to-date on business initiatives and requirements.
* Lead projects related to business tool and process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.
* Serve as the single point of contact for internal customers, providing timely and effective support and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to optimize business processes and drive innovation.
* Analyze and standardize global target processes and global tools in collaboration with global and local organizational units.
* Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Science, Logistics, or a related discipline.
* Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, and data structuring.
* Demonstrated understanding of business processes in the Supply Chain area.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Customer relationship skills and business acumen.
* Result-driven personality with 2+ years of experience in IT, Logistics, or Supply Chain with a focus on data analytics.
* Prioritization and project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
