It manages the Amazon PPC (pay per click) advertising campaigns for ESSOR's 40+ brands which sell via Amazon US.About the role:As Senior Amazon Ads Manager you will be responsible for managing PPC campaigns for established products within ESSOR's portfolio of consumable and supplements brands, collaborating closely with Brand Managers to identify and take opportunities to grow the business.What you will do:Manage PPC campaigns for our strategic brands with a high level of autonomyLiaise weekly with Brand Managers to agree on PPC strategies and priorities, and to manage campaigns accordinglyUse our various data analysis tools to analyze performance data on a regular basisTake data-led campaign management actions to help meet targets, including EBITDA on PPC sales and TACoSGain and retain good ranks for strategically important keywordsUse automated PPC optimisation software to enhance performance, where appropriateKeep abreast of new Amazon Advertising features and test their effectivenessUndertake A/B tests to learn on PPC best practicesTake ownership of special projects/workstreams to help the team meet its OKRsRegular interactions with functional teams (Tech, Acquisition, Content) to improve our processesDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to scale and codify PPC operationsWho you are:At least three years experience in data-driven advertising work (preferably in Amazon PPC, but on-the-job training will be provided as necessary)Strong analytical skills and the ability to take data-driven actions to optimize campaign performanceDesire to learn and constantly improveExcellent attention to detailStrong organization and prioritization skillsProactive approach to problem solving with a positive, can-do attitudeGrit, resilience and tenacityExcellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsGood business senseWhat's in it for you?A supportive, diverse and global team with growth mindsetA scaling company with great industry professionalsA flexible (hybrid) working environmentGreat opportunities to get involved with exciting projects.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
