IT Business Analyst – Hybrid
We're looking for an IT Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience and solid SQL skills to join a team focused on delivering high-quality analysis, requirements gathering and functional support across complex IT environments.
What You Will Do
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements and support decision-making
• Analyse, document and validate business processes and functional specifications
• Use SQL to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, validations and support investigations
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring functional alignment
• Participate in testing phases: defining test cases, validating results, ensuring functional integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation and system enhancements
• Ensure proper communication between business, tech teams and project management
What You Bring
• 4+ years as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong SQL knowledge for analysis and validation
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
• Ability to work with development teams and understand technical concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple topics
• Fluency in English
Working Model
Hybrid model: minimum 8 days per month in the office, with 1 mandatory on-site day per week.
Availability to travel to Porto once per month.
Until the office opens, work will be fully remote.
